Technical solutions for customers and factories to simplify production. Our staff have a comprehensive understanding of style design and the manufacture of apparel and hardware. We analyze patterns, calculate consumption, create paper mock-ups, support in grading, and provide reports along with all samples.

MERCHANDISING

Development, accurate samples delivered on time, cost control, benchmarks, optimized choice of materials. Senior merchandisers lead the team working for your brand. On-location and in the same time zones as the factories, they ensure all milestones and timelines are rigorously followed. From initial planning to hand-over to the forwarder, our merchandisers will assure a precise delivery.

LOGISTICS

Our logistics staff are aware of all your destination's documentary and other requirements and will coordinate the consolidation of shipments from different factories. Once our QA has carried out a final inspection and all relevant shipping documents are in order, we issue a delivery confirmation to your forwarder.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Starting with the development of prototypes and continuing through to the final product, we ensure samples and bulk products meet required specifications.  In-line and Final Inspections are conducted according to AQL-standards and based on detailed defect lists. Cloud-based reporting allows brands to collect defect statistics immediately after inspections are done; thus, delivering real-time verifiable proof of product quality and supplier performance. Other services include: factory quality assessments; root cause analysis; and optimization of design to fit production.
