The quality assurance model is best suited to brands possessed of strong and mobile development departments which require only support with QA. This service includes: monitoring inspections of fabrics; sealing of pre-production samples; attendance at pp meetings and assurance of accurate hand-over from development to production; in-line inspections; and final inspections based on each individual brand’s Accepted Quality Level. In addition, our QA service encompasses electronic reports and root cause analysis.

Our office outsource model is most suited to brands with large, stable volumes seeking a long-term commitment from Wheel.

Wheel establishes and manages a 100% brand-dedicated team that works exclusively for a particular brand.  Staff are carefully selected and trained to fulfill the work required by the brand.
